NetNames is now accepting .eu pre-registration applications

New at www.netnames.com - you can now make a pre-registration application for the forthcoming .eu domain, in the open registration period that will follow the restricted sunrise. This means that you can place an order with NetNames NOW for the first-come, first-served release of .eu, which will be submitted to the registry when open registration begins in 2006. The only restriction for open registration is that the registrant must be resident in the EU.

NetNames will only accept one application for a particular domain name, and will submit applications to the registry in the order that they were received, so act quickly to secure your position in the queue.

To make a pre-registration application for .eu, go to www.netnames.com. Trademark owners should protect their intellectual property by making a sunrise application at www.gtld.com.

.travel pre-registrations

Eligible parties who have been 'Pre-Authenticated' can now make pre-registration applications for .travel at www.gtld.com. .travel is restricted to organisations within the travel and tourism industry. Detailed information on eligibility requirements and Pre-Authentication procedures is available at www.gtld.com.

.jobs Startup applications

Employers who wish to make a .jobs Startup pre-registration application should visit www.gtld.com. The .jobs domain is intended strictly for use as the online destination for a company's employment and recruiting information. The Startup is an initial registration period, ahead of open registration which is expected to begin on 20th August.
